Things to know for English class:

    Information:

    Please see my Schoology page in order to keep up with class information, find resources, and catch up on make up work.

    1. Log into Schoology.
    2. Find your class period.
    3. Click on the current 9 week's button.
    4. Find the correct week (see dates).
    5. Find each day's folder for all classwork and assignments.

     

    This year we will be using StudySync daily for our curriculum. This can be found through students' Clever log in. Because it will be online, students need to have their laptops every day!!

    About the Teacher

    Education

    I graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2012 with a B.A. in English and History.

    Experience

    I taught 8th grade ELA at Desoto Central Middle School from 2013 to 2016.

    I then moved to Cincinnati where I taught 8th grade Literature at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy from 2016 to 2019.

    I have taught here at Lewisburg Middle School for five years and am very excited to start my 10th year of teaching!
