Speech language pathologist for fifteen years in the public-school system (Georgia, Mississippi and Virginia)
Attended The University of Montevallo (B.S. in Speech Language Pathology), The University of Mississippi (M.S. in Communicative Disorders) and The University of Alabama (Ed.D. in Special Education and Multiple Disabilities)
