My name is Mrs. Green, and I teach 7th grade AP English at Lewisburg Middle School (the best school in the county, GO PATRIOTS!!!!). I received my bachelor degree from the University of MS. I had plans to attend law school, but I felt God had other plans for me. I later enrolled in Crichton College in Memphis, TN where I received my teacher license in Elementary Education. I received my master degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Mississippi. I am now a National Board Certified Teacher! I am working on my eleventh year here at Lewisburg Middle School.  I am an author of a nonfiction book titled, Two Sides of a Smile. I am married with two wonderful children. I am a member of the Easthaven Church of Christ in Memphis, TN. I love sports, wrestling, fishing, and most of all children. I am so excited about this year. My goal is to heightened achievement, motivation, cooperation, and engagement. I will challenge my students and try to get them out of their comfort zones. The world is filled with so much knowledge, and there are so many effective ways to grasp it. I look at each child as if they are one of my own. I love children and most of all I love teaching children. I promise to give my all each day I walk in this building because your child deserves the best and the best is what they will get! I pray that God continue to bless me to do my job to the best of my ability, and I pray he gives me the strength each day I come to work to go above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you again for your support, I am really forward to a great year. May God bless you and keep you safe, Mrs. Green!
